Noida sector 16 | Full time
• Design and propose AV solutions including conferencing systems, digital signage, video walls and control systems. • Conduct site surveys and client consultations to determine requirements and scope. • Prepare detailed AV system designs, schematics and BOQs. • Complete configuration, installation and testing of AV, server, storage, firewall, and others systems. • Understand client requirements and design custom solutions. • Design and architect server and storage infrastructure solutions. • Collaborate with sales, IT and other teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Troubleshoot and provide technical support for AV systems. • Train end-users and create documentation for system operation and maintenance. • Support post-sales transitions with the project and support teams. • Design and review AV systems and schematic drawings. • Manage site issues and handle client complaints effectively. • Assist in sourcing AV hardware/software and ensure timely availability for projects. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical (hardware/software) issues. • Provide on-site support and user training. • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical documentation. • Lead end-to-end management of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs. • Customize demos as per client use cases. • Coordinate with OEMs/partners for technical inputs and pricing.Send us your CV at: hr@vmvcubeinfo.com
